At Vine Place Community Outreach, we believe that real change is measured not in words, but in action. Born from the vision of True Vine Baptist Church leadership in 2017, we were founded on a simple truth: that a community united is a community strengthened. Together, we identified the challenges our neighbors face and committed ourselves to meeting them head-on — and Vine Place Community Outreach is that commitment in motion.

To connect available resources to enrich the lives of those in need within the community. Our work provides support and resources for individuals and families and promotes solutions that lead to an improved quality of life through compassion, education, youth development, and senior care.
