Our Values

Vine Place Community Outreach (VPCO) is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment in all aspects of its operations. We welcome individuals of all backgrounds and strive to remove systemic barriers to food access and community support.  Our food pantry and outreach programs ensure that resources are distributed fairly and equitably, prioritizing marginalized communities. VPCO actively promotes inclusive participation, values diverse perspectives, and aligns its efforts with DEI principles to better serve those in need.

To uphold these commitments, VPCO will implement outreach initiatives, provide DEI training for volunteers and staff, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of its programs. We will review policies to ensure equitable access and work closely with community partners to expand opportunities for underrepresented groups. By embedding DEI principles into our operations,  VPCO strengthens its mission to provide dignified and accessible food assistance for all.
